If your need for couples therapy is not covered by insurance, please consider reaching out to your Employee Assistance Program, aka EAP, for free and confidential assistance with the coverage of Couples Therapy. Information about EAP benefits is typically found anywhere your benefits plan information is posted; i.e. HR office, breakrooms, company website, etc.
